Short-Term Running Goals:
In the next two years, I would like to complete at least a 5K and compete in at least 4 or 5 additional races.
Long-Term Running Goals:
I couldn't even imagine at this point.
Married for 11 years with 2 children, 4 and 7.
45 minutes of cardio on legs.
45 minutes cardio on arms.
Alternated running 7 minutes walking 3 for 3 sessions.
