I started a 10 week Beginner's Running Clinic on February 25, 2008. We meet twice a week for 10 weeks and then we will take part in a graduation 5K event. Currently we stretch, warm-up for 3 to 5 minutes and run 4 minutes and walk 2 minutes for around 30/45 minutes.

Two meetings ago we ran a Magic Mile and my time was 11:11 and I did not stop. I was proud of myself.

Today I ran/walked on the treadmill for 31 minutes. I walked a total of 14 minutes and ran 17.

I ran/walked 2.02 miles on the treadmill. I started off walking 3 minutes then alternated 7 minutes running with 2 minutes walking for a total of 31 minutes.

Before my running I did 45 minutes of cardio workout, concentration on arms.
