We meet twice a week for 10 weeks and then we will take part in a graduation 5K event. Currently we stretch, warm-up for 3 to 5 minutes and run 4 minutes and walk 2 minutes for around 30/45 minutes.</p><p>Two meetings ago we ran a Magic Mile and my time was 11:11 and I did not stop.
